Virgil
is a retired Morgan County elementary teacher. Between 1962 and 2008, Virgil
entertained local radio listeners as a Country Music DJ on the Berkeley Springs
AM radio station WCST, and FM radio WDHC. In 2005, Virgil was inducted
into West Virginia Country Music Hall of Fame to celebrate more than forty (40) years of broadcasting
country music.
