Gary Wayne Spriggs, 58, passed
away on Tuesday, October 14, 2014 at Jefferson Medical
Center.
Born
May 19, 1956 in Berkeley Springs, WV he is the son of
Wayne Spriggs of York, PA and Janet Busey Kave of
Berkeley Springs, WV.
He was
a member of Brethren in Christ Church. Gary was an avid
fisherman. He was a sports fan of the Orioles and the
Bears. He enjoyed bowling.
In
addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife of
16 years, Jane Flook Spriggs; two daughters, Courtney
Bushee of Westminster, MD and Casey
Spriggs of Hancock, MD; two step-sons, Fabian Bolinger
of Hagerstown, MD and Ronald Bolinger of Bunker
Hill, WV; one grandchild, Nathaniel Bushee; one sister,
Kathryn "Kathy" Bohrer; nephew, Lindsay Wayne Bohrer;
one niece, Christina Bohrer; and
one great-niece, Destiny Bohrer.
Funeral services were held Friday, October 17 at the
Brethren in Christ Church. Rev. Raymond Martin
officiated. Interment was in Mt. Hebron Cemetery,
Winchester, Va.
