George Rowland and Sylvia Werdebaugh. The
photo was taken in the late 1950’s, folks told
us. They were identified by Bill Michael, who
graduated with George Rowland in 1955. Dale
Robertson confirmed their identities, seeing
as how they are his aunt and uncle. The couple
used to live in Berkeley Springs, and now live
in Chesapeake, Va. and Key West, Fla. Another
nephew, Howard Prevost, Jr., also recognized the
couple.
